All classic pizzas are made with mozzarella. Traditionally, in Italy, this was made from ox milk. In north America cow milk is the rule. Buffalo mozzarella is acceptable, and some say better.
Welland is the only place in southern Ontario where they have pizza pick up for lakers.
A laker is not a hockey player but a ship that plies the great lakes. Salties, by way of contrast, go out on the big pond. However it is legal, in in this part of Canada, for hockey players to eat pizza.
